Our photo of the day for July 24, 2012 is of the beautiful bell on the grounds of St. Nicholas Church at Kingston Road and Manderly.
I don’t hear this bell on Sundays now and am wondering if anyone knows when it last rang.
St. Nicholas is celebrating it’s 100th anniversary this year and a historical plaque will be unveiled by Heritage Toronto on August 9th at 4pm.
The church is also planning a big community picnic for Saturday, Sept. 29th.
