The Photo of the Day for July 26, 2012 shows thigh-high flooding during the torrential rain storm on July 15th.
It was taken on Wirral Court, a dead-end street just north of Kingston Road and Chine Drive.
Yes, it’s just outside the boundaries of Birch Cliff, but we’re sharing anyways because a lot of people east of our neighbourhood also had their basements flooded.
