The Last Vet at Courcelette

School’s out for summer and as we reflect back on the year it’s important to remember the volunteers.

97-year old Alex Napier is no ordinary volunteer.

Every Monday, the World War II veteran returns to Courcelette PS, the school he attended almost a century ago, to help teach children to read.

Watch this story about a remarkable man still giving his best, and see what he gets in return from a school that cherishes its veterans.
