During the child-and-adult friendly event media personalities will read Christmas tales in a candle-lit setting.  Also included will be an original drama with puppets, “A Beautiful Day at Harmony Pond,” written for the presentation.

Readers are: filmmaker and retired head of Centennial College’s Film and Broadcasting program Don Gray reading “Rashida, Amir and the Great Gift-Giving” by Stuart McLean; former CTV reporter Leon Korbee reading “Baseball Bats for Christmas” by Michael Kusugak; and CTV Medical/Health correspondent Avis Favaro reading “The Christmas Orange” by Don Gilmor.

Guest musicians Glen Reid and Ed Drachenberg will perform and seasonal music will be provided by the BBUC choir.

The presentation will take place Sat., Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m.  Admission is a suggested donation of $15 per person/$5 per child at the door plus a non-perishable food item.  Refreshments and social time will follow.
