The Photo of the Day for July 25, 2012 is an interesting shot of a convenience store on Kingston Road that sells flowers.
It’s interesting because the photographer has focussed on the streetscape, rather than the lovely selection of flowers.
As many a Birch Cliff gardener knows, in recent years the local shopkeepers on Kingston Road have offered a nicer assortment of hanging baskets than the major chain stores.
If you time it right, you can also find some sweet deals.
